Had work done on my car. The problem was not fixed. Took back to the shop. Was told he didn't know what was the problem, shrugged his shoulders and said it's safe.I went to Firestone had frontend alignment and sway bar ends replaced. They told me the CV Axel was still making noise. They said I should take it back to whoever had replaced them because they could tell they were new and recently replaced.I called Bowdle's and told him what Firestone said, His response was he did not know how the parts were made. That I may need factory parts and he didn't use factory parts when replaced.I acted as dumb as he was treating me and asked... You didn't use the correct parts for my car?So he proceeded to tell me the difference.More or less I was just out of luck and moneySo... Obviously the parts he uses have no warranty and he doesn't stand by his work.It's not that I asked him to redo the work without any compensation. I would have paid a little more for having my car fixed CORRECTLY. But that conversation was never had.I have to wonder if a Man would have been treated the same way as I was????Buyer Beware

Dropped our car off yesterday and he got us all fixed up by 3:00 today. My car never ran better. Was very reasonably priced especially after finding a couple of extras wrong with it. He showed it to us and was thankful he found it. I'd recommend him any day of the week. Thanks a bunch!!!

I had a tire blowout on my way to Texas and my brake rotor was damaged. All of the other shops in town said there was a 3 week wait for service. These guys got me in quickly, picked up a rotor for me and installed it for a very fair price.

I brought my car there to get my vehicle fix initially for the clutch he fixed it but then I needed a timing chain fixed I was put on hold for months 3 months later I decided to pick up my vehicle and fix it myself only recommend for simple fix jobs
