The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice guy. Over the past couple of years I've replaced all of my small engine equipment with Stihl brand products. The equipment is great and I really like the idea of having a local dealer close by to help with repairs if ever needed. Fortunately, I've needed no repairs but unlike buying from the big box stores it's nice to have a local shop available if needed.

This location is the place to go!!! He treats my husband and I like family, amazing customer service and very knowledgeable! This is our go to place. You won't regret it.

This guy was awesome! My 13 year old saved all of his money to buy his dad a new chain saw for Christmas. This guy did my son right and explained things to him very well. I highly recommend!

I only gave a two star rating because the owner is very knowledgeable about his products and repairing them. However, he is completely lacking in customer service skills. He should work back of the house and hire a personable counter person.

Owner is very helpful. Small store but they’ve had everything I’ve ever wanted in stock. I’ve changed out all of my lawn tools (except lawn tractor and push mower) to Stihl. Couldn’t be happier. Their pressure washer especially runs circles around the others that I’ve used hefore buying my own.

We have bought several Stihl items from here, as we like buying from local companies, and live in Benton. The owner seems knowledgeable, and we love our Stihl products. But getting an item worked on/serviced, takes an extremely long time. i took my chainsaw in for him to look at on 4/23, after this past storm. it just wasn't cutting like i thought it should, even after putting a new chain on it. He said that he would get it out and cut with it and see what it was doing. That was 6 weeks ago. i have called him twice, and stopped by twice also to check on it. All I get is that's he hasn't gotten to it yet, and he'd call when it's ready. When i talked to him on 5/20, he said he one weedeater in front of it, but may have it ready by the weekend. That was 2 weeks ago. i called this last time on 6/3, and he still hasn't gotten to it.....6 weeks later. Hasn't even looked at it. All he can say is that he has had some commercial things come in that he had to work on. This is unacceptable. Evidently he doesn't value my business. So even though he is local, and right down the street, I will have to take my business elsewhere.WH
