Mrs Robin and Mr James are awesome the staff is very informative very nice and respond in a timely fashion they have done multiple repairs on both my car and my husbands a Quick turnaround time we dropped off my husband’s car today at 1130 it was fixed and ready for pickup by 430 pm 10 outta 10 highly recommend for mechanical repairs

Baxleys fixed my wife's AC in her Durango recently. Great experience all the way around! They work on new freon, they where professional and they did better on price than originally quoted. They even called a couple of weeks later to check on it. Highly recommend

Oh my gosh! I can not tell you how much help they have been to us!!! They got us in and out in a timely manner due to our livelihood, depending on it! Fairly priced for a job well done! They are a family run business! If it burns fuel and has 4 wheels they can fix it!

Took my truck to Baxley's for A/C repair after having it in another shop multiple times, and asked for a quote on shocks also. They called with the quote that afternoon, and called to let me know it was ready the next day. A/C finally works, and the truck rides smoothly again. They even made a follow up call to make sure it was all good. If you are wondering where to take your car, it's here.

Disappointed. I was put on the schedule for Monday by one of the receptionist. Unfortunately they didn’t realize it was a holiday and I’m only off on Mondays though they tried putting me on another day I’m not off. Been on the schedule over a week and no one said anything. They didn’t try to right their mistake at all by working with me. Wouldn’t recommend as it seems disorganized.Edit: They have replied to my review with an excuse. They wanted to book me on a Tuesday which I work. Or push me out another WEEK! I can only come on Monday. Just wanted them to right their mistake.
