I went in with the interest of opening an account a guy behind the teller counter told me it would be an hour. I said see you later. And the guy sarcastically said see you later back. Very tacky tone. Had he had any customer skills at all I would have checked back later on. 2:30pm .... And he was the only employee I saw.

This branch at Hwy 35 always takes care of me & provides great customer service! Thank you! I can't even get the Military branch to talk to me through the drive thru. They are rushed & either need more people or need customer service training!

Website says Hwy 35 and Military locations are open until 6 pm on Fridays, but both locations were closed when we tried to cash a check at 5:45/5:50. Others were trying to get help also with no service.

We tried to go into the lobby to get some papers notarized. The lobby was closed, but we were able to go through the drive-through and get it done without any problems ?
