Came into the store a couple days ago and talked to a Liz. She answered all my questions in a friendly manner and helped me to get my needs figured out. When she did not have them, she helped me find the parts and order them. Most patient employee I have ever had help me at that store. I will definitely go back to them if I need any assistance with vehicles.

Went in Saturday to check my battery since light came on. Guy told me it was bad but could still drive. To be safe I got a new one. He took my battery out the car and put the new one in. 2 days later I’m driving down the freeway and hit a pothole and my car stalls. I get help and check under the hood and one of the cables that connect to the battery came off. He check the other one and it wasn’t even tightened. This could have ended up bad if someone was behind me. I wish I could have gotten photos but please let your employees know to check everything.

If you are going to tell the person you go look in the back at least come back and tell customer yes you have it or no you don't have it, not completely disappear. Not good customer service!

Walked into autzone and there were two employees. The one with an orange hat and camo jacket on walked away from the counter as he saw me and I stood in line. A couple got in line behind me and proceeded to lean over on the stock down the isle and text on his phone until an employee helped them all. The hard working employee said the lazy employees name was Joe. When I went back in I found that there was a 3rd employee that could have been helping us.

I stopped in to get some oil and then needed to fix my intake immediately. Jack was more than helpful by providing me with the tools necessary to preform the job in the parking lot. Autozone has always been my favorite parts store and Jack did a great job of making sure that they were the #1 option. #autozoneforthewin
