We lucked into meeting Mandy through our amazing agent when we were working with a different lender. We were feeling defeated, exhausted and really considered giving up but Mandy wasn't gonna let that happen. One conversation with her and we did not hesitate to move our business and the process to Arvest. Because of Mandy and her team, we even closed a week early with thousands less out of pocket. Arvest gained lifetime customers thanks to Mandy Shelnut! Before even thinking about anyone else, just give her a call and you'll see exactly what I am saying and I bet you become a lifetime customer as well.

Go back and look at earlier reviews. My mom has an account here and I have a safety deposit box here. Now they want to charge me for cashing a check from my mother.If you read these reviews you will see their response where they allow this, now all of a sudden they don’t.I am going to see about changing all of her accounts.

I've never had a single problem with Arvest. The tellers are always smiling and greet me by name. They are quick, clean, and fast. Any issues I've ever had I call Arvest and they resolve it immediately. Will stick with this bank forever. lol

I had a problem with a deposit at my Arvest Branch. Can’t name the branch cause this isn’t about bashing them. This is about hyping the Benton Branch. Malaria and Jennifer (manager) were very sweet and helped me out quick with no hesitation. I will do business with this branch from now on.

I’m very upset. I liked this bank til last night I couldn’t get the money loaded on my debit card that was sent to me . I was stuck in pine bluff for three hours. After being on hold an hour I find out that they are shutting down my account right before a big insurance check willBe deposited My daughter son boyfriend and landlord all bank here cause of me and my daughter is in college. We need the same bank. I was told the branch manager could help me with this and she now is saying the general manager . Very sad no ones I have talked to about this has had any compassion and doesn’t careAt all. Wow

Just not the right bank for me. I did my business banking there for years. I like that Arvest is locally (Arkansas) owned. Their hours are very accommodating. Most of the people are friendly. So, everything isn't bad at Arvest. I had thought of changing banks for quite a while because it often took 20 minutes or more to make my business cash deposit after work. Sometimes I'd see 8 to 10 cars come and leave the same drive thru I was using while my one pretty simple transaction was being processed. My final straw was during the height of COVID-19 when they totally dropped the ball on the PPP program. I waited for over a month for someone to contact me to proceed with my paperwork. It was impossible to go into the bank, it was impossible to call and talk to anyone at my local branch. Finally a stranger from Oklahama called me to proceed after it was already too late to get funded for the PPP program. Thankfully, about a week prior I contacted Bank OZK (which I had no business relationship with at the time). They were a big help and it took less than half of a day to do what I had asked Arvest to do for over a month. I now do my business banking at OZK. The same business deposits that averaged 15 to 20 minutes at Arvest now take 2 to 3 minutes. I don't need banking help very often, but the few times I have needed to talk to a banker I've found the experience at OZK to be far superior to Arvest.

Horrible and slow. Hot Springs Arvest branches are awesome and fast. This branch is slowwwww, nobody knows what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!
