Two professional young men showed up at my home to find a water leak in the line between the service and the exterior of my house. After listening to me about where the leak was, they set to work. I went inside and relaxed, it seemed like no time when I noticed Tyler heading toward the door, he let me know what was going on and what they had found. The repair was carried out with care and by obvious professionals. The conditions were quite a mess but they hung in there and returned the site to as close to the condition of the area as possible considering the mud.I would like to say thank you again for being so considerate, gentlemen!Doug Wallis

I can't say enough good things about the service I received. We had a leak that had made it's way outside. We thought it was in the yard because that was where it was wet. They sent out Jaylen and Creed on the same day. They were very friendly and personable. They really know their stuff. They found that the leak was actually in the slab under my kitchen. A solution that did not involve any destruction was offer and they came the next day. The guys fixed it and left it where you could never tell they were here. I highly recommend Arkansas Underground. If you are lucky, they will send you Jaylen and Creed.

I would give this company and the 2 service techs, Jaylon and Creed, 10 stars. These 2 young men were exceptionally friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and gave us updates on their arrival. Quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work on the repairs. Told us everything they were doing and why. They were only here for 2 hours. Would recommend these 2 young men and the entire company without hesitation. Great experience. Hopefully won't have to use their services again, but if I do, would recommend them highly !

The crew of Jaylen Martin and Creed Knight were very professional and hard working. They responded numerous times to our residence for water line issues. Crew were very competent and approachable. Leak was to a service line in the yard 18” down. Located it, dug just a 2x2’ hole down saving the sod, fixed it, filled it in and replaced sod cap in less than 90 minutes.Worked in the rain the whole time. Plan in using them to get a quote to replumb the house.They gave me a letter to show water company I had leak so as to get some credit on my water bill.It took 5 days for my turn on schedule. I don’t know that had the leak been major forcing me to turn off water to house and go without if I would have been a higher priority.

Way overcharged to find a leak in a crawl space. Was charged twice for a duplex even though it is one crawl space. They went to the max limit that our management company gives because they know they can take advantage of it. Will absolutely never use or recommend.
