I don't know why all these 1 star ratings but I was quoted 90-120 minutes. They arrived in less than 20 mins!!! ? AJ was super courteous, prompt, took care to avoid any further damage to my vehicle. Hell, he even helped give me a bit of information about what the issue might be. (I know jack sh-- about cars) but it was still cool of him. Thanks again brother!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way.

Please do not use this tow company, they do not take responsibility of their errors and do not abide by customer wishes !! Very rude and will hang up in your face if confronted !! DO NOT I repeat !! DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY EVER !!!!Also you guys were told to give me a call when you’ve reach my vehicle you failed to do so .You guys were told to give me a call before leaving the vehicle you failed to do so .I even had to call back to ask where did you guys put the key . So if you guys would’ve called to confirm you would’ve known not to drop my car off in my 91 year old neighbor with dementia yard !!! I am a paying customer you just handled the situation poorly and that is ok we live and we learn . I just will not ever referred anyone to you guys ever again .Thanks for your time .

Paid $125 for 501 to drag my wife's new car down the driveway. Didn't bother putting it in neutral or lifting the drive tires off the ground just drag it down the driveway. Offered me a free tow for their lack of intelligence but if you can't do the job right w pay I sure wouldn't trust them to do a free job. Owner was supposed to review the camera footage and get back in touch w me but that hasn't happened yet either. Very very unhappy w their services.

Satisfied and thankful customer, here! The gentlemen who arrived took good care of my wife’s vehicle and got me home safely! The two fellas (I’ll use initials) D and D were courteous, knew what they were doing, and got the vehicle home without a scratch! 10/10

My car broke down between Hot Springs and Little Rock. They picked it up at a gas station in Hot Springs and were super friendly by offering us a ride to a mechanic (I was making a trip from De Queen to Jonesboro). When we arrived at the location that USAA had listed to drop my car off at, it was sketchy! The driver of the tow said that this part of town was not that great or safe. I'm a female in my 20's and he told me it wasn't a good idea to leave us here. He brought us to the lot of their office instead. I'm not completely finished with this process with them, but I appreciate the genuity and honesty that they had with me. An early 5 star review was deserved. Thank you!!!

I unfortunately had to have my car towed because I had a flat tire and the car that I own didn't come with a spare tire. They were extremely respectful, really quick to respond to my call, they were beyond fair on the price, and most importantly they treated my car as if it was their own being extra careful not to tear my car up and I appreciated them for that. I can personally tell you that they are extremely great at what they do, even when it can be what seems like "a really bad situation." They are very fast at responding and their prices you probably can't beat hardly around town. They arrived, handled their business, and my car was where it needed to be to get my tire plugged and back on my car.Service: Car towing
