This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If zero stars was an option, that is what I would have given it as 1 seems too generous. As such, I have decided to leave my first ever Google review in hopes that others don’t make the same mistake in trusting this pharmacy to meet even the bare minimum of expectations.
They are consistently late on refills, rude and unhelpful, every single staff member appears to be woefully uninformed and poorly trained, and they take forever when they can finally get your prescription correct. That is - if they can even manage getting a simple and common medication through insurance. You will rarely ever get someone to answer the phone regardless of what time you call and will have to wait forever in the pickup line just to speak with someone. Not worth the headache, I would recommend transferring your medication and refills to literally anywhere else.

Ann Renee the pharmacist went above and beyond to be sure I received my meds after hours. She was an absolute joy and I can’t thank her enough! Walgreens is very fortunate to have her part of their staff!

I would give them a five five star. But I keep getting these Indian people calling me asking me if I have questions about my prescriptions from the actual Walgreens numbers. I'll hang up and call the number back and it goes to the actual Walgreens so somehow they're hacking Walgreens number and using it when they call you and stealing your information. That way they can verify certain information that is profitable to them that make profiles of people to sell to marketers and such etc

Do not get your medication filled here. I have been waiting for over an hour for my amoxicillin to be filled and it’s not even been filled yet. I’ve waited since 2:27 and it is now currently almost 4pm. I will never use this pharmacy again. Walmart pharmacy is so much better

This place was amazing! I think I had a person that helped me out named conner gramling. He showed me around the store as I am new to this area and really helped me with all my needs.

I'm done with Walgreens and specifically this one. I've always had horrible customer service with people who would just pass me over to the next person because they couldn't answer my question only to return to the original person I spoke with.
Today, on top of everything else I was unable to get my medication that I have been off of for 3 weeks because they cant log my information right in their system. This time they didn't have my prescription approval on file even thought they had just offered it to me when I questioned them about the price (they had been charging me without using insuramce, even though they said they bad been). I didnt believe it because they couldn't even have processed my request without it. My original pre-approval from my doctor was for 3 months. I had no issues getting my medication from them for the first 2 with it and now all of the sudden they "cant find it". But they will gladly/freely give me the medication if I just pay without insurance?!?! I even called my doctors office and they confirmed the pre approval had been sent and the dates I had mentioned were correct.
But that's NOT the worst part. I went again to pick up my medication (a controlled D-amphetamine)and they gave me the wrong prescription for it! I have family members who have died from heart issues and I am highly sensitive to this medication. Last time I had a different dosage I had heart palpitations and felt like I had trouble breathing. So the fact they just carelessly gave me the wrong prescription for a controlled substance is horrific!
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The employees are poorly trained and management doesn't care about the health of their customers.

The wait to pick up your prescription is a joke. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. You’re waiting an hour (ridiculous). Was hoping it was an understaffing issue that was going to be resolved in the near future but after 6 months of the same wait time to no avail (and one service lane constantly closed) We’ve been using this place for 12 years; and Walgreens in general for 22 years. But I think we”ll give CVS a try down the street next time. Like I said the wait is an absolute JOKE.

The most unprofessional, rude, and inefficient pharmacy I have visited. They are always "running a little behind." They have taken out their frustrations on me on multiple occasions. Once, they had marked my prescription as being ready and it wasn't even ready until the next day. Another time, I used the online pay feature for 2 prescriptions and only received one (after waiting 45 minutes). When I went to get the prescription they forgot to give me the next day, they claimed the code I used previously didn't work (then why did they give me the other prescription in the first place?) and then the staff member had to argue against the manager (in front of me) to let them just try the code I used. Then, the manager said my code had already been redeemed for a purchase (yes, because I used it the day prior to get my 2 prescriptions, but was only given 1!). Ended up having to pay twice, but at least the staff member said I could try to get a refund some other time. I will be transferring my service elsewhere. They need a whole new staff or to just shut down their pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars, that’s what my rating would be. I picked up a prescription on New Year’s Eve. The associate was so incredibly rude. No people skills whatsoever. she did not greet me, thank me, and barked commands as to what I needed to do. Such as put in the last four of my phone number. She acted put out for having to help me. I have hated this pharmacy for so long, but just didn’t take the time to switch because it was convenient and right on my way home. This was the final straw. I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Every time I go to Walgreens, the lines are stupid long and take forever to get through. I don’t understand why they have two drive-through lanes and only one person working the window. I have ran into issues with them either not having my medication or there’s always an issue. The only reason I stayed with them was because Of the convenience. I would much rather drive clear across Northwest Arkansas to pick up a prescription, then have to deal with this pharmacy And they’re horrible customer service!

Called for the pharmacy to transfer a Covid RX from another pharmacy that did not have this particular RX. Attendant informed me the other pharmacy had to call them with the RX that they did have. Called the other pharmacy and informed them I was told they had to call Walgreens to transfer it. No Walgreens is to call them to transfer it. Time was lost - the other pharmacy closed while I played phone ping pong between the 2 pharmacies. I informed this Walgreens that it is always standard to call the other pharmacy to receive an RX transfer. Unprofessional error. I had Mercy send a new RX to Walgreens all this effort was lost in time, as Walgreens then closed sharply at 8pm with my husband there waiting. It would be nice if Chic-fila trained Walgreens pharmacy personal in Bella Vista. Besides being of an unprofessional disservice they do it with a snide attitude. Their ratings are sinking due to all the above.

This is "Christina" in Bella Vista AR. She is slow, inept and completely lacking in every customer service skill! The attitude she spews is nauseating- choose CVS!

Slow or out of some refill prescriptions.
