I took my fog in for her annuals. Everyone was, as always, very friendly and welcoming. The entire place is also always very clean. We saw Dr. Keaton, who is so sweet with my dogs, and listens to and specifically tsonga to all my questions and concerns. She even remembered what's going on with my other dog, and asked about her. My dogs are family, and so choosing a vet is a critical decision for me. Village Pet is excellent in all possible ways. My dogs even enjoy going here. Definitely recommend them.

You make your own decision. Here are the facts. First time to bring my dog here. I read the reviews and Doctor Bios and given the reviews thought I'd found a vet. I made a 4:00 pm appointment a week in advance. Waited 30 minutes in an exam room. No apology for waiting. Didn't need one but seemed to be the customer friendly thing to at least recognize. Attempted to take my dog to another room for shots without me being present. Didn't show much dog handling skills. I'll try another vet.
