“I took my fog in for her annuals. Everyone was, as always, very friendly and welcoming. The entire place is also always very clean. We saw Dr. Keaton, who is so sweet with my dogs, and listens to and specifically tsonga to all my questions and concerns. She even remembered what's going on with my other dog, and asked about her. My dogs are family, and so choosing a vet is a critical decision for me. Village Pet is excellent in all possible ways. My dogs even enjoy going here. Definitely recommend them.”
“Our youngest dog managed to hurt her foot while running through our woods. After 3 days, it wasn't getting better. I called and they managed to get her in that afternoon. X-rays proved that she hadn't broken anything, but she had torn one of her nails half off at the quick. It was a great relief to have a diagnosis and plan for recovery. Although extremely busy, Oak View folks made certain to squeeze us in!”

“I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff and doctors were at All Pets in Bentonville, as we had to make the hard decision to put our beloved Westie to sleep. From the moment we walked in, they did not judge us for the tears that were flowing as we spent our last few minutes with our beloved pet Frisco. They immediately got us into a private setting and afterwards let us use a side door, so we did not have to face a waiting room full of people and their pets. The vet and vet tech were both incredibly professional, they answered all of my (MANY) questions, and I very much appreciated that they were upfront with costs during the process so nothing at the end was a surprise. “My experience at Hancock veterinary with Dr. Booth and her assistant has exemplary. Dr. Booth takes dedicated time in the exam and provides options to your pets issues. She never dismisses the problem with common statements such as it's allergies, you'll just deal with it or when they get to that age they're just gonna have pains. At one point through our visit when Dr. Booth called to give us updates, she mentioned that she had been thinking about our pets problem after we had been there and had some other ideas that she presented to me. It has been years since I went to a veterinary clinic where the doctor thought about my pet one minute after they left the exam room. The assistants at front desk get back with you quickly and ensure your requests are met. In these times where service is so poor across so many businesses it is refreshing to receive service from people who care. Thank you for coming to work each day and for focusing on our pets.”
