When I asked at the counter where the drop off for UPS was, the clerk smiled, took my package and placed it in the box for shipping. She then texted me a receipt. All done in under a minute.

I bought something on Amazon and needed to return it so I came to UPS. No problem no household got my receipt and left. That's why Amazon is doing better than Walmart even in their backyard.
