We have used Pakmail for two large shipments of personal belongings from Arkansas to Germany. Whether the objects were very valuable, or if the only value they had was sentimental, whether made of bone China and glass, or of metal and rock, Keith and his Team Jose´ packaged everything with thought and the utmost care. We did not know it was even possible to mail such a wide range of items. “My mail lady is named, Rita... (don't know her last name) But, she is the best mail delivery lady EVER! She is always friendly and helps me with my packages. (and I have tons of packages delivered regularly)! I see her between 2-4 times a week and she is always the same. Kind, helpful, friendly, and PROFESSIONAL! I wish all mail carriers could be like her. There's also a gentleman and young lady that delivers out this way when Rita is off... they are great as well. We are very lucky to have such wonderful mail service and mail carriers!I love our small-town Post Office! When I call the office -they are always helpful and friendly. When there's an issue with a delivery or missing package -they do everything they can to check on the status for me and always call me back to let me know what is going on with that delivery.EVERY Post Office should be run in the fashion this fashion. “Excellent care was taken in packaging my very heavy yet fragile order. I won items at an auction that consisted of Italian ceramic pieces. Three large boxes full of them. Each was just beautiful and I was so looking forward to their arrival. When they arrived I careful inspected each item in each box and they each arrived without a scratch. I have to say it wasn’t easy to get them unpacked due to the expert packing, but I was extremely happy with the care that was taken with my stuff. I will say it was I bit on the pricey side but since I had no damage I think it was well worth every penny. Trust them with your packaging requirements, they won’t let you down!Greg”
