They have lowest rates in the area. A great location near Bella Vista town center and a very close walk to Lake Ann and scenic Pinion Creek water fall. I keep my mountain bike locked up here as it is located on one of the many bike trails. Just hop on my Bike and go. Location is second to none and new management is making ongoing upgrades.

Camper was stolen from this location, it had double locks on hitch. They literally just drove off. Needs more security and learned from police that there is no back fence even though it appears there is one under the grown up brush. First question we asked before renting space was have you had theft at this location? We were told no just an insurance scam that a customer reported his camper stolen. We learned from police apparently it is not the first or last time they have had things reported stolen from this location. I’ll leave it at that

I appreciate the affordable price, but I think something should be done to make it more secure. Someone could crawl under the gate and the fence has been cut in at least one place that I noticed. A automatic gate where you have to enter a pin would be nice so customers don't have to get out of their vehicle and mess with the combination lock and chain. I don't think it's cheap enough considering these things.
