Male pharmacist with brown hair was rude and unhelpful. My pharmacy had faxed my prescription for asthma inhaler to CVS because they had been unable to refill it due to supply issues. I'd been without this med for 4 days and was having trouble breathing. The pharmacist said he was "too busy" to fill the prescription today and besides my pharmacy hadn't called it in, they'd only faxed it. No sympathy, to offer to help me by getting it ready by day's end, no response to my question about which pharmacy nearby might be able to fill it. Just a rude, unhelpful reply. Avoid CVS Bella Vista.

John in pharmacy is rude and condescending. I have a concussion and whiplash, but got attitude for not yelling over the minimal traffic noise. He cut me off twice while talking. Before I went, I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes to see when the scrip would be ready but no one ever picked up. When I got there he said they were going to lunch so we'd just have to wait. I've had some issues in the past but this just lost them my business.

CVS pharmacy also a UPS drop off. The worst customer service ever. The operate as a UPS drop off, with no ability to create a label for there customers .. The nearest UPS to this location is Bentonville. It's not the customer's responsibility to create a label. That's why we use barcodes.

Their phone menu is maddening!!!Endless options that will do everything possible to ensure you can't actually reach a human being in the Pharmacy department. The worst!!!

This CVS is understaffed. They are always late with their prescription time estimates. They yell out exactly what drugs and doses you are picking up, so literally everyone in the store knows your business. This is actually against the law and violates patient confidentiality. We asked them not to do this. They continue to. This is the worst pharmacy out there. We are switching.

Very slow, always a line, not enough help. Today O had 5 prescriptions to pick up. They told me they would be ready by noon and I showed up after 2:00. When I returned home I found that only 4 had been filled. Now I have to drive another 20 minutes and wait in a long line again.

Major red flag with this pharmacy... wife and I went in a couple of nights ago, both the drive through and store had long lines; the pharmacist inside the store was shouting questions across the counter including asking very loudly for date of birth and name of prescription that each customer was there to pick up. .... Loud enough for EVERYONE in the line to easily hear this information from each and every customer; wife needed refill so we hung in there, we were both horrified at the blatant, egregious disregard for any confidentiality and clear massive misfire regarding HIPAA considerations and requirements. If anyone in leadership at CVS reads these reviews, suggest addressing immediately and some remedial HIPAA training. Cannot imagine how anyone with a pharmacy background could so carelessly share PHI with virtually all other customers in line.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They closed during "inclement" weather but Walgreens 1 block away was open. We had a prescription we needed for a procedure the following day so imagine our surprise when they were closed with no warning. They refuse to answer their phones on many occasions. The pharmacist replied if we answered the phone we would never get anything done. Say what? I can't believe the level of service at this cvs location.
