Received a text at 7:30pm that my son's medication was ready. Went straight there from Rogers, got to the drive thru at 7:57pm (they closed at 8pm) and they had already pulled the metal gates and closed the drive thru. Looked at the hours they have posted and they're supposed to still be open until 8. Needless to say I can't get back out again for a couple days.

A recent review suggests that all of the negative reviews are from clueless, cranky old people. My reaction was it sounds like that was written by a member of the CVS pharmacy staff.Upon arrival, they said they only had one of two prescriptions. Called Dr.'s office who confirmed the exact time they received it. Turned out they did have it. After waiting through the pickup line 4 times, I wasn't told about the cost of either prescription until I had to sign for the charge. Not helpful with suggesting cost-saving alternatives, no suggestion offered that perhaps they could hold that prescription and I could check for cheaper alternatives. After going home, my wife found GoodRX coupons for a fraction of what I paid. When I returned an hour later and asked them to reverse the transaction and use the good Rx coupon, I was simply told they can't do that with no further explanation. Moreover, the person who answered my questions was condescending and dismissive. While poor customer service is much more commonplace in the post-COVID world, I've found the service at this store to be mediocre at best for years. Shame on me for going back and this is definitely a "buyer beware" merchant.Update: In doing more research, I must also place some blame on my drug insurance company, Wellcare. I incorrectly assumed they "had my back" and part of what my premium was buying was discounted pricing, even if I had to pay some or all of the prescription cost. I checked with a major online retailer's pharmacy pricing and their normal cost - - no insurance, no coupons - - was 5% of what I paid. Moral of the story is: just because you have drug insurance, don't assume that you are getting a good or even fair price.

I will never return! The other comments are very true. There is no customer service in the Pharmacy. They do not care and are rude. I would strongly suggest going to another pharmacy. We have tried multiple times hoping it would get better but it has got worse. The pharmacist and assistant were both rude to me and other customers.

The pharmacy is always slow and understaffed. The woman pharmacist is always in a bad mood and takes it out on customers. I’m moving my prescriptions over ASAP

This pharmacy is a total nightmare. I have been picking up prescriptions from this store since 2020 (due to insurance preference ONLY) and I dread it every single month. The staff is not only insensitive, they are just RUDE.I have to call in my prescriptions before they run out to make sure the pharmacy orders them (they are ALWAYS out of stock of EVERYTHING-- mostly recently they did not have AMOXICILLIN IN STOCK) and even then I am out of medication for days. They have absolutely no compassion for the people they are dealing with and the only thing that has been consistent is my HORRIBLE experience.

Most uncaring staff. Recommend going anywhere else. A training in empathy or compassion might help this staff. You never know what aperson is going through when they are picking up a prescription. They may have been up all night with a loved one or are picking up scripts for a dying loved one.To be treated rudely at a pharmacy is unacceptable especially with so many other professional pharmacies.

Male pharmacist with dark brown hair is rude and unhelpful. Cornerstone couldn't fill a med for me so they faxed it down the street to CVS. After being on hold on the phone for 15 minutes, I hung up and drove there only to be told by this pharmacist that "I don't have time today" and "besides, they didn't call it in, they just faxed it". These remarks, coming after me telling him I'd been trying to get my asthma inhaler refilled for 4 days and was having trouble breathing. No sympathy, no offer to fill it by day's end, nothing, not even a recommendation as to which pharmacy nearby could help me. Avoid using this pharmacy!

Walmart is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for medicine 20+ dollars cheaper they will good rx on top of your insurance and get it down to nothing. CVS always gets an inconvenienced attitude when you ask them to good rx your prescription. They are taking advantage of elderly in the area. Walmart will even good rx your dogs medicine as long as it is a med that humans can take too. CVS will not do that. Cvs charges 24 Walmart charges me 8 for benazapril 60 qty.

Male pharmacist with brown hair was rude and unhelpful. My pharmacy had faxed my prescription for asthma inhaler to CVS because they had been unable to refill it due to supply issues. I'd been without this med for 4 days and was having trouble breathing. The pharmacist said he was "too busy" to fill the prescription today and besides my pharmacy hadn't called it in, they'd only faxed it. No sympathy, to offer to help me by getting it ready by day's end, no response to my question about which pharmacy nearby might be able to fill it. Just a rude, unhelpful reply. Avoid CVS Bella Vista.

I have medications that are called in by my doctor months prior. They're almost always out of stock when it's time to get filled. They also frequebtly order from different manufacturers. That's a problem when you get a low quality prescription.
