Little things like that really make a difference to people, even on their worst days. I'll keep going to this Casey's and will go out of my way to see him and have his service whenever I can.”

“Had to buy 20 bags of ice in a pinch and I didn't feel like going too far out of Bella Vista. Stopped by Walgreens to see if they even sold ice and was surprised to find they do! Only 5 bags were available in the freezer (which is completely understandable given the size of the store) but again I needed 20. As I pushed my shopping cart of 5 bags up to the register, the manager noticed me and asked if I needed any more. To my surprise not only did they have more, but he stopped what he was doing, got a large push cart, and loaded up the remaining 15 bags I needed. After I checked out, the manager brought the bags out to my car and helped me load them in the back- a full service Walgreens! All in all, I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!”

“This review is totally for one employee, John, who works the front. John has always gone out of his way to help my wife and I and honestly, he has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. He is always friendly and treats everyone with respect.
He is an anomaly in a business where bad reviews, because of employee rudeness, are the norm. I agree with a lot the reviews regarding the pharmacy, it's really hit or miss, dependent upon which employee waits on you.”
