“This shop is wonderful! I needed a lift on a shoe for a young disabled man, who did not have a pair of corrected walking shoes.Mark treated the project with importance and caring. He understood how vital it was for our friend to have corrected shoes for mobility and safety.Mark made sure they were perfectly done and ready for him to hit the ground walking as soon as he arrived! He really pulled out all the stops for him!Our friend loves walking in his new shoes and the fact that Mark cared about him.I should note that Mark even redid the shoe for me when I had to change the measurement (my mistake) and he did not complain. That was so gracious!I have worked with other shops in the past to correct shoes. I would literally wait months for poorly repaired shoes and be treated like the job was a bother.I am thankful we found Mark and Rocky's Cobbler Shop! He does excellent work and is a genuinely nice person!”
