I was immediately impressed by Rick in his welcoming me as a renter at Superior Storage. All requirements as a renter were explained to me and a personal tour by Rick to my unit followed. There was no doubt in my mind I had made the correct choice in coming to Superior Storage !

Rick is Awesome! Great service and very professional. He personally showed us the units that we were interested in so we could compare sizes. After we decided, he was a joy to talk to while he filled out the application. By the time we were done, which was pretty quick, he was like an old friend. I wish everyone had a Rick at their business.

Efficient, fast, and seamless. Even better—kind and expert in the storage business. Easy in and out, nice wide lanes between buildings. A follow-up call inquiring about any needs and our recently injured fur baby sealed the deal (treats will be on hand for her next visit ) sealed the deal on this review. Worth every penny! What a great place! Rick and Cindy were awesome during the entire process. It’s nice to know our belongings will be in good hands. They walked us through the entire process and were super helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend this facility if you need a place to store things!

Other family members have storage units here and I was very impressed with the facility. Everything is clean and well maintained. Rick is very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family

Keep raising prices with no benefit to the renters. The poorly laid gravel was supposed to be replaced with asphalt. Never happened. Was told the ground doesn’t lay right so the asphalt wouldn’t drain. Well the gravel doesn’t drain either. I started renting 5 years ago for $85 now I am paying $220. With nothing changing except the owner. I am moving out as soon as my health will let me. I can’t afford it anymore.

Great storage facility! Rick and Linda made it so easy for us to rent our units! We were stressing about our move across country, and they took the worry about storage out of the equation. It is clean and secure, and we appreciate the friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Properly named Superior Storage- the best storage in NWA! Manager Rick showed us our options in their clean, secure, top notch facility. He is attentive and allowed us the time we needed at the end of his day. Hands down the best customer service! Great options and prices.We left there feeling like family!Thank you Rick!

We have had a great experience with Superior Storage! They have been very friendly and helpful. We reserved a unit ahead of a long move, and they made sure that everything was ready to go when we arrived. The unit was clean and the facility felt secure. Would highly recommend.

Rick and Cindy were very accommodating and nice. The unit is climate controlled for a decent price, and they provide the lock for you. Good choice for storage.

My daughter had rented a storage space at Superior Storage and we were very impressed with the facility and with Rick and Cindy. So friendly and helpful! The space we rented is perfect for us for our "extra stuff". So clean and well maintained!! We would recommend this facility to anyone!

Superior Storage Trafalgar Road is exceptional!! Rick treated us like family when renting storage during our move to Bella Vista from out of state. We are short term storage and Rick made certain all paperwork was in place so we were not overcharged. We highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. Hope everyone is as friendly as Rick in Bella Vista.
