This lady right here does not need to work with the public ever! She is the rudest worker yall have. Speaking to customers like we should know how policies are at a place she works... interjecting while she has customers to other customers shes not working with. Absolute awful woman. Everyone else is fantastic she... no Absolutely the hell not.

I like the Batesville AR post office, except the parking. Many not HANDICAP have been parking in the only 2 HANDICAP parking spots. Just wish a way to fine them... A ticket for parking in the handicap parking spots and not legally handicap. Only fair to those needing the handicap parking spots. (11/17&18/2022), was another day of non handicap persons parking in the designated HANDICAP parking spots.

I can not fathom how unreliable all of the workers at this location are! Packages never arrive when they should and even if a package shows to be arrived at the facility they won't bother taking the time out of their day to look for your package! They even gave me a number to call to check and see if my packages were ready to be picked up, but when I called it stated that the number has been disconnected. I honestly hope that they figure out what is wrong with there employees and fix this problem as it has become out of hand the past couple of years! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

We have 5 mailboxes bunched up together in my area and everyday I have to sort mail and put mail that doesn’t belong to me in the right boxes. My son who is in the Army send me a letter that I didn’t get. I know someone put it in the wrong box.

I mailed 3 things at this post office and none of which arrived. One was overnighted, I paid a fee to get it where it was going, and it never arrived. The other was dna samples for two separate dogs and they never arrived. It’s funny I have only ever mailed 3 things and none arrived! Makes you wonder who the mail carrier is and where the mail is actually going.
