“I had a dragging noise coming from my front driver's side wheel. I couldn't see anything because my car is low to the ground. I stopped at Kent's and one of the service men came over and immediately knelt down and saw the problem. He took my keys and took my car to the rack while I went inside. From the time I parked to when I pulled out to leave was less than 10 minutes. Then they didn't charge me anything. I couldn't believe it. Thank God for Kent's and the people they have working there. A bonus was I wasn't even late for work.”
