I spent days heckling and Javier went way above and beyond. Very professional and tried very hard to get me a vehicle that fit my needs. Treat hourly pay workers terribly expect impossible tasks and close to slave work for less than minimum wage salary on your checks. Very rude and inconsiderate to the employees. Good to customers but not employees.

Quoted very high for service to my GMC. Was told I needed to pay half that day. Figured it had to be done so went ahead and scheduled. After thinking for a few days, decided to get a quote elsewhere. Found out I'd save 1600 going somewhere else. Let them know I wanted to cancel and they want to charge a 30% restock fee for parts!!! Plus the diagnostic fee. Totaled over $500 dollars!!! Highway robbery all the way around. I will NEVER step foot inside another GMC dealership! Not for service, not for another vehicle!!!

We bought a 2015 Buick Enclave in 2017 and have been very pleased. The recall is being taken care of with ease and the usual good service. I've wondered about trading, but the car with approximately 65,000 miles is giving no problem at all. The nice plus is that it is so comfortable and fills our needs perfectly!

I went up there to talk to someone about my car purchase and the problems it had, and the sales manager Kendall Felton was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Their financial lady Sherri was amazing, and went above and beyond for us, but you would think having the title SALES MANAGER he would treat his customers better. I hope scott wood doesn't find out how he is treating customers. I won't use them again, simply from this mans attitude.

Employees at the Chevrolet service center are always very friendly and communicate well. My oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change took roughly an hour.

The guy in the phone was pretty cool but I was supposed to have my anti theft reprogrammed and they have not fixed it and they're still charging me $400. It's supposed to be a 45 min job and the mechanic cannot figure it out to save his life
