I love a small bank but this is too small and slow. Everything takes a painfully excruciating amount of time. Getting change with no one else being helped, prepare to be there a while. Completing paperwork, get ready for them to have to redo it because it’s almost never right the first time. And why is there no drive thru window for commercial transactions?

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. SO many issues and the bank can never even explain what's happening or sometimes even see it on their end. Closing our account asap.

Great bank, with a small town feel. They know your name and make you feel like a valuable customer, not just another account holder. Lenders do a good job staying on the ball as well. Thanks Southern!

Small town bank with friendly people that know your name when you walk in the door. They have been extremely helpful to my wife and I, definitely recommend them.

Worst bank Inhave ever dealt with. Their opt-in practices are shady at best. Julie (bank manager at Batesville) is rude and unapologetic. I even filed a Better Business Bureau complaint with NO RESPONSE! Meanwhile I am locked out of my account and can't access any of my money. My car is broke down and they can't help me. It's a "safety feature"
