My daughter took her wedding dress in there and just asked them to replace the button on her dress they did not do that. They then steam her dress when she did not ask her to do it but did anyways. She got her dress home and there was 2 huge stains and 5 spots on it. When we bought this dress it did not have no stains on it Lowes from where we bought it checked the dreas out and cleaned it no stains when we left from there. They did service on her dress that was ask not to do on it but a button. We do not recommend this place. Poor service, poor quality and very unprofessional to do something when asked not to.
