You have the worst customer service. I tried to switch my insurance policy over to yall and I have had continuous insurance for years, but my policy was canceled with yall twice now and now my insurance has went up by 50 dollars because yall claim there was a gap in my insurance. I have had the rudest people and I have had no help. I called and tried and tried to pay my insurance a local agent was supposed to help me, she never did.. and another agent hung up on me, also another agent told me that I could pay my insurance and that it wasn't canceled. I got insurance yesterday and they had NO issue taking my payment.. But thanks to yall my rate has gone up, yet yall will not do anything to help[ me. I tried and tried to make a payment and I have never had so much issue. Not only did Allstate screw me with my policy regarding them but now anywhere I go my insurance has gone up because Allstate claims that I had a gap period where I was uninsured, but I can PROVE that I never went without having insurance in place, yall just kept canceling on me and refused to let me pay it. If there was an issue with payment contact me and give me a chance to pay it and figure out the issue. Do not automatically cancel my policy.. No other company operates that way. Also Brandon at Corporate said that there was nothing that yall could do and that "he was the ONLY person I could speak to about this issue". No help what so ever and I have been completely screwed by yall. That same day my policy was canceled with allstate i got insurance through another company and they had NO issue taking my payment (:
