The original owner Frank was great. The new owner has terrible customer service and we paid for a climate controlled unit and had mold on our furniture/mattresses when we moved out.

Frank and his wife are awesome and I couldn't have asked for more. I have been in a bind several times throughout my arduous move and they have made it much easier to handle. It's nice to know there are still good people in the world willing to help each other out!
