I had a 8:am appointment they served the car with all the recalls three our four and was out by 12 noon not bad.

I would of loved to give 5 stars, but, I had to wait for 5 hours while they did some recalls on my vehicle. They also needed to upgrade my navigation, which according to them takes a long time. So after 5 hours of waiting I am taken to the counter and he says we had to order a part for 1 of your recalls. Umm, we discussed my recalls 2 months ago, which is how long I waited for this appointment. Yes, but we can't order parts till we put our eyes on your car. That totally made me not want another Kia, if I am telling the truth. I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership, and now he is telling me I have to come back. Very frustrating to say the least. Service is the problem at this dealership. They can sell cars all day long, but if you have crappy service, it doesn't make for a happy customer!! I won't ever buy a car from them again.

Half the staff in this place know what's going on. Jerry in maintenance manager was wonderful, kia America had to put a brand new engine in my car. It took 6 months.

Asked for tire rotation. They didn't do with my oil change. When asked if they did it at checkbout, the trch said no and shrugged his shoulders. I get bad service here Alot. If ai wasn't worried about losing my warranty on my car, I wouldn't go here.

I had my tires replaced after one was damaged. The auto repair shop did me right to cover the damaged tire and special ordered the brand of higher mileage tires I wanted. The shop manager was professional and made it easy to take care of to get me back on the road.
