Generally good store. A good variety, plenty of options, plus good prices. The employees are helpful, too. But there's often product unstocked or understocked. The flower section is always nice, though.

Extremely rude and soulless employees. They called the cops on a man cause he didn't have a license plate. None of their business. They also kicked out a man because he wore a Trump mask. This store has already lost several people business that I've heard of and that includes mine.

I just purchased a "Holiday Meal " from this Kroger and I have to say it was very good. We came in to town and wanted to have a sit down family dinner. The ham was amazing, the dressing was great, but that sweet potato casserole was delicious and gone quickly! Had it ready to go when I got there and took about a hr to warm it all up.

I use the Batesville, AR pharmacy and let me tell you, y'all have a gem of an employee in Steve. He is top notch! He knows me by name and even remembers things about my family. Plus he always finds a way to save me money. Because of him, you've earned my business for a long time to come.

Dear Kroger Management: I shop at Kroger regularly, and have been doing so since Safeway left Batesville. That's a long time, 30 years or so. I have recently become more and more nauseated by the music played overhead. It's the worst of the 70's: The Carpenters, Olivia Newton John, Captain and Tennille, etc. I was shopping recently and heard Muskrat Love. I nearly threw up. I understand it is hard to find music that appeals to everyone, and doesn't offend anyone. But please do something different. This is awful. Instrumental music would be easier on the ear and/or easier to ignore. I look forward to hearing from you, and hearing something different when I shop. Thanks.

I made a trip to krogers. I went to the produce. U had a few tomatoes. 1.99 per lb. None from ark. As advertised on tv. I continued to look at watermelons. Only had some the size of a basketball. I didn't like where they were from. I'm usually not pickie. I left that dept. Disgusted but I can wait. When we got to the cashier a young man checked me out. He knew what I was looking for and we got the item. Young , new, very polite, made me forget to tell him that the gallons of icecream , in the bucket was out . The produce was disappointing. Over all no problem. He is super nice and very busy
