I was told a few weeks ago I had a 10.00 credit… so I chose to wait an use another time.. was not told tht it wld expire… or of course I wld of used it..went 2 nights ago an tries to use it an they said it expired.. was i aggrevated… just tell your customers if a credit is gonna expire!!!!

I ALWAYS get personal, attentive, service at the store in Batesville AR. Their managerial staff is wonderful. They remember my family members and what they like and are always eager to help me pick out the perfect items!

I have never purchased from this company. They don’t respond to emails stay away from this company and keep a watch on your credit card for fraud. Ask for a fraud watch alert from the credit agencies. This company is quite questionable and no one responds.

I was looking for the new Sketcher shoe called the step in and the back of the heal pops up , so you don't have to bend over to tie laces or pull the back of the heal up, but sadly you don't carry them in your store, sadly nobody does in Batesville, Arkansas.
