I have to give a big shout-out to an employee at First Community in Cherokee Village who I spoke to on the phone about a checking account problem and her name was Hannah and she did a wonderful job for me very special customer service experience

I am glad that we have a Bank that cares about the Community! They go over and beyond to make sure that The Community is taken care of and they do it with a smile on their face.

I opened two accounts with First Community Bank (Harrison, AR Branch) all the staff from tellers to customer service was friendly and took time to make sure that all my questions where answered and my needs where met! I will be a long term Customer of First Community Bank.
