We have always received exceptional care and service, but the pharmacists at Economart have gone above and beyond in helping our college student get established at a new pharmacy in Jonesboro. Can’t express enough gratitude to Paul, Meghan, and the staff at Gibsons in Jonesboro for helping with the transition.

Yes economic mart has been just awesome since switched to them, love how Kathy also keeps up our medicine if she catch something hadn't been filled in awhile or if a new medicine is aided she calls us.and Emily has the best customer service personality I've ever seen at a pharmacy, she is the nicest person you could ever she treats me so good and with respect, I enjoy our conversations so much when I come, she talks with me like I'm a long time friend instead of customer.. and she always seem so happy god bless you Ms. Emily and the entire econo mart staff. Locally owned, small town pharmacy. Friendly helpful staff. One of few remaining that will work with customers to help them get the life saving medications they need. They even offer delivery services, or used to this may have been discontinued. Great place to do business.

Being new to the area I needed to find a pharmacy and this one was recommended. They have a very nice facility, caring and professional staff and took care of everything I needed. I will definitely use them in the future for my pharmacy needs. They also have a great selection of vitamins, health and beauty and medical supplies.

Had to get two prescriptions - the lady tried to give me one of them instead of calling the doctor s office or asking me to call the doctor s office to attempt to correct the miscommunication protocol to assess the need in order for me to receive my prescriptions. Instead she tried to itimadate me - would not give me a chance to speak at all. Had this horrible overbearing, spiteful malicious underhanded attitude towards me . It seems some of their pharmacy techs or assistant s lack the proper customer service skills or lack social intelligence in dealing with people or customers. Very Very unprofessional this lady was. After being disrespected entirely. I told them if it isto much of a hassle than I will get my prescriptions transferred somewhere else.
