I've been with Cricket for past 5 years. At first on contract until I screwed it up and went to prepaid but still great for me. Just wish I could afford the upgrade. I've had same phone for 4 years and just broke it. just can't afford the fees and activation that's why only 3 ⭐ would have been 5 ✨

I switched from Net10 to Cricket. I had problems on Net10 side but Jennifer was so helpful and patient helping. She and Zack are excellent employees and should teach classes on customer service
