The staff is great, always very friendly. I've used this bank since I opened my account over 10 years ago and never had any issues. And they go above and beyond if I ever need help with something.

What kind of "community" bank holds a mass 4th of July gathering during a global pandemic AND weekly movies in a small park with up to 100 people allowed where 6 foot social distancing is not attainable. Citizens Bank, Adam Mitchell, Micah Beard, and everyone else who contributed to these poor decisions, you are partly responsible for the outbreak in Independence county and should anyone die, their blood will be on your hands. Shame on you.

Super nice friendly staff! Our toddler opened a child’s savings account here and they give her prizes for opening the account, plus stamps for making deposits, and prizes for two deposits of $5 or more per month. She loves going to her bank to make deposits. It’s a great place to teach your children how to save money. They even have a train table to play with in case you have something to do that takes a long time (though it’s a pity we are always in and out fast, she never gets to play, lol). We always go inside but they do have a convenient drive through. It’s a wonderful place to do your banking!
