The food is always good but some employees don't allow you to earn the points for your purchases! They ask if your earning rewards but cash you out before allowing you to enter your phone number to gain your points! Not happy about that at all!

I love this store! Inside is clean, cashiers are helpful, food is great.BUT..... GUYS clean up your parking lot. It's really trashy. AND service the window washes and paper towels. I like to have a clean windshield when I fill up on gas!!!!!!

Put sprinkles on all the regular donuts not everyone likes sprinkles or wants a fruit donut. No reason to only try and satisfy only kids when not just kids get them.

I have always had the best experience coming into Casey’s Batesville. The atmosphere is extraordinary. They greet you at the door. Always friendly with smiles on there faces. Fast customer service. I always get what I come into to get.
Parking: Batesville Arkansas has the best parking. I’m always in and out
Kid-friendliness: My child is always smiling and comfortable coming into Casey’s they treat her like she is a princess.

Ashley Treat is the best boss
She has done wonders to this store! It is always clean staff are friendly and they always have the stuff I want!
Parking: In and out! Never have to wait the staff are so fast!
Kid-friendliness: Smiles and never any foul language. My kid always gets compliments and they are so nice.

Due to a malfunctioning card reader on a gas pump, I had $101 hold charge on my account, over drawing my account. Store clerk was unhelpful and offered little to no help. Left with zero money and zero gas. Very upset with this company and their terrible customer service.

10/10 would recommend coming here, I drive almost 45 minutes just to come to this Gas Station. Tessa, Krista, Jacob, Kasey, and Larronda are some of who i see and they are super Friendly, Helpful, and professional. The main reason i chose this was the associates (haven’t been during times of other workers). If it wasn’t for them i wouldn’t make a 45 min drive one way and then back 45 minutes. Take care of these amazing people while you have them, not everyone cares about their job like they do.
