“Rhonda Caple is not a tenant at this apartment complex. She is employed through an agency as a caregiver for one of the current tenants. She refused to abide by the the rules and regulations of the complex by refusing to wear a required facemask to protect other tenants from COVID-19 and also brings her personal pet to the facility knowing the pets are not allowed. She is upset only because the Resident Manager caused her employer and reported her violations. The Resident Manager does a great job at this complex, is well trained in Fair Housing Rules and Regulations, and is ALWAYS respectful to every tenant and guest.Wade Williams for Annette Cowen, Managing Agent and Owner,ASC Property Management Inc.”
