They 2nd location is a great addition to Main Street Mercantile and downtown Van Buren and the owners are awesome. This denim top is one of my favorite purchases.... :)”

“Occasionally, you can find some great brands and massive deals here, but you need to be patient and willing to take the garment with a fine toothed comb to make sure of any imperfections. Some of the pieces have stains, holes, etcetera. That being said, they get new items in each week and I have found some amazing brands here.”

“Love their clothes, but don’t do curbside pickup. I’ve been checked in waiting for 15 minutes and had to call and see if they were actually bringing my stuff out. I was told they had no idea I was here. So they don’t look for people checking in through the app like it tells you to do. Employee was borderline rude about it too.UPDATE: I got home and the wrong item was in my bag. Called the store and they had me come back in to return what I was given and reorder the correct item. Got their names as well, I believe it was Relica? super sweet on the phone and in person, she was the one who apologized for the situation. The other employee Emalee was the one with attitude. Came across rude and like I was the problem to her. They also told me that whoever packed my order would’ve had to scan the item and it would’ve told them it was the wrong item. The whole online order store pickup seems a bit unorganized. I appreciate them fixing the issue so quickly though.”

Store was very unorganized the last time I went in and I do hate that you can't take the carts out to your car. Especially, when you have made larger purchases. It's a pain trying to drag all the bags out via hand.... The team at Burlington should reconsider this. Staff are always friendly!”
