Sold me a truck no check engines lights, didn’t even make it home showed a bad cat, I hadn’t even made it to my 1st payment yet, and it started burning oil out the exhaust. Got it diagnosed by a 3rd party per Tharp’s instructions, and was told it was a blown head gasket, and a lifter was bad. Tharp said he would look at it for me since hadn’t even made my 1st payment yet. I get a call a week later saying he could eat his labor but parts for it were $600. I reluctantly paid it, hoping it was at least fixed. Paid it and was given no itemized Receipt, 4 month past and just a week ago started missing again and burning blue smoke. Reached out about the parts trying to see if they were under warranty, he didn’t respond. Convinced he charged $600 for a $50-$60 coil pack and him to apply gasket sealer. I hate even commenting on someone’s business page like this, but hopefully somebody will see this and not make the same mistake of buying a vehicle from him.

A great company to buy a vehicle from! Extremely honest guys that go through each vehicle they buy and sell with a fine tooth comb to make sure they're road ready! If it's a simple oil change or a huge mechanical issue these guys have you covered! Couldn't ask for a better company to cover bald knob for vehicles! Highly recommend!!

If I could give this place zero stars it would be too many. Paid 4 grand for a transmission and they gave the car back with no fluids in it after trying to keep the car by gaslighting my wife about how long it was there. The car didn't make it 2 miles and the owner laughed and said "Call the warranty number." If these B@ST@RDS say it is raining, you can plan a picknick.

We were traveling to Mississippi when suddenly our car just quit running and would not stay started. They immediately sent help to us and took our vehicle right in to see what was wrong. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back on the road in record time but they did it all with a smile. .I feel fortunate that we found them. Extremely honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop and if I lived there locally they would absolutely be my go to people!!

Brandon and Dalton were a huge help to us when we stopped to get some help taping our sunroof up…it had been busted on the highway on our way outta town and our first fix didn’t work…super friendly and they taped it all up for us!

I have gotten 3 vehicles from this place and paid one of them off. My daughter had to return hers cause it was a bad car, and I had to spend everything we had last month to try to fix mine and it put us behind 1 month on the payment and it still wasn't fixed. He sold us 2 that were not good vehicles we have had nothing but trouble out of them. Then he come and got it while I was at work, and never offered to let me know. I almost called it in stolen cause I didn't know. Plus they had told my son that I was 3 months behind and that is a lie. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE THERE OR I WLL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE

This place saved me. I was headed from Memphis to hot springs when my car decided to start acting up all of sudden. Even though they were backed up they knew I was from out of town, so they rushed me through the line to get me the help I needed so I could get back on the road. I will say it was a little bit on the pricey side compared to what I would have paid normally, but with the urgency in which I needed it fixed it was definitely worth the cost
