I got a couch from here and I have only had it for like 3 months and the spring popped out. I’m not sure how it popped because my family rarely sits in the living room and we never sit on the couch. It might be from my kids putting slinging their heavy backpacks on the couch but if it was it should be strong enough to handle that.
