Brad is great to work with, units were well maintained and cleaned before new tenants. Good location for us, lower end of market pricing. Great driveway off the highway, gated. 24/7 access and simple auto pay system. I’m pleased!

I rented the apartment and a unit from Beaver Storage. The owners were amazing the entire time and the unit was clean. I absolutely loved living here as well as renting my unit from them! I had no maintenance issues as they kept everything up the way it's supposed to be, and I never once had any hiccups with my unit either.I definitely miss it, but my job unfortunately pulled me to Fayetteville.Support local. ?

Owner is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Everything i stored there material wise I had throw away, due to the disgusting smell of cat urine. I brought it to their attention when I noticed the smell when my things were still stored. They did nothing... I kept reminding them about the smell each month I paid for storage and I repeat... They still did nothing about it!!! I don't own a cat and never have owned a cat!!! They are disgusting!!!

Great storage facility! Very clean, safe, and the owners are great people! I've spoken to them on several occasions and found that anything I brought to their attention was resolved quickly or they responded to personally.
