Bad! In 4 years we have had nothing but bad experiences here. We almost always try to to go the store in West Plains even though it is an hour away. Every time we go in here it seems like they hate their job. I went in and even asking questions seemed to much for person working. I left mad, got on the phone to West Plains and had my problem fixed it less then 10 min. Save time and hassle and go someplace else. As a side note they also never carry anything you need!

The lady working in the store had zero interest in helping us get 2 new phones. Save yourself some time and just go across the road to Walmart. Asa was very helpful.

Been here twice and both times I've been left waiting for over 15 minutes and then they tell you to go to Verizon in Joansboro. Unless you're buying a phone don't come here.

I ordered a g5 watch on the Verizon app everything went through fine until this shop got to the point of giving it to me which they failed do to them not knowing what they was doing for " in store pickup " very unprofessional and unreliable service anything beyond a bill pay plz save time and blood pressure and go somewhere where they actually know what's going on with there business ash flat is a waste of time

1st : Bought an IPad and went in to have it looked at because it wasn't connecting to the 5g network. Hank who seemed very new activated a sim card and gave us a different one. Fast forward a month, still can't use iPad and paying for a very expensive brick at this point. Had to go to mountain home and have it fixed the right way.2nd: Did an online setup for an inshore pick trade in. Got stuck with Hank again..debated on coming back but needed my new phone. Was there for over 3 hours...just to activated a phone...I literally did everything else online. I asked Hank if I am suppose to leave the phone or send it out. Hank repeatedly said he is suppose to send it in...2 months later Verizon still has yet to receive my phone. I call Corp. They don't have it. I call the store they said they found it and the employee forgot to send it out or he was "off" that day. The said they are sending it out that day. Fast forward, Verizon still didn't have my phone. I went into the store and spoke with the store manager who was very kind and polite said they had let Hank go for these similar situations. Long store short it was still in Hanks desk...along with several other phones. If you have recently (within 3-4 months) traded in your phone at this location you might want to inquire about your trade in being sent out....I will say this. Hank didn't know what he was doing but he can only be as good as he was trained, when u was with him both times he tried to reach out to his manager for help. The manager never answered both times.

What we thought would take 1/2 hour took an extra hour to get our 2 new Verizon phones set up from our current 5yr old Verizon phones. Hannah was a delight throughout the process. We appreciated her patience along with the wonderful couple who waited the entire time until we were done so they could be helped. God bless them all. Just another reason we have been dedicated Verizon customers for the past 20+years.
