“I am normally very happy with my experience here. Today, however, I called in a prescription as soon as I got service on my phone...it is at least 15 minutes from that location to the drug store. When we got to the drive thru we were told that it wasn't ready because "the prescription just got called in" so it would be 15 to 20 minutes. If your busy, just say it, don't try to make me feel like it's my fault, especially when I did call ahead. I have been there before for prescriptions and you were finished in 5 minutes. Today I am very disappointed and angry because the ladies I have talked to today have unnecessarily made me feel bad about myself. That shouldn't be the impression you want to leave on your customers.”
