Service manager I think his name was Ken. Was very rude and didn’t help with any of problems I had on my 2015 Silverado. As I’m watching them work on my vehicle. I observe him running around like he’s on something. Yelling and cursing his employees. I’m surprised you keep technicians working in his department.

Do yourself a favor and give Southwest Chevy Buick GMC a call if you’re shopping for a new vehicle. We did and made the drive to buy from them. And we would do it again! It was an easy process, everyone was SO nice, and I love my new GMC!

Loved the experience here at Southwest Chevrolet. Salesman Jalem provided me with proper knowledge, and ample inventory to choose from. Highly recommend to stop by when considering a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.

Dealership employee was extremely rude when we were trying to use the charging station after hours. He acted like he cared more about their grass than us being stranded. The charging station was labeled as 24/7 and is behind locked gates after dealership hours. I get that we weren't allowed to park on their grass but it's not like we were doing it for fun. He then recommended another charging station without bothering to mention it was a slow charge one that took us hours to get the charge level we needed to make it home. They need to work with EV Connect and FordPass to update the hours in the apps. And they need to not be rude to stranded travelers. I would never do business here.

I put down a $500 deposit on a Yukon, so I could drive to see it. I got there and the Yukon had obvious signs of dogs in the back and previous hail damage. I didn’t take the vehicle and asked for deposit refund since the vehicle was not as described.RON was the sale person ZACK is the Manager. They kept my deposit, even though they didn’t have a signed deposit agreement outlining any deposit guidelines.They were very unprofessional and rude. I would definitely recommend passing that exit and heading to Little Rock or Texarkana to purchase your next vehicle.
