The employees are nice, but will convince you that you are getting exactly what you want then go back on their word. I told them I wasn’t buying unless the sales tax was included. They TOLD me they had it handled—but nothing was in writing. A month later while I was still waiting on the check for the sales tax, I was told “we never told you that.” Don’t be stupid like I was. Make them put it in writing or they will lie and say it never happened.

Buying, trading in, or just looking? Micheal is the best car salesman, and we had the best car buying experience at Southwest Auto Collection in Arkadelphia! We had been to several lots and shopped for weeks looking to get me a new “mom car”, so when we pulled into the lot, I was over car shopping already. My outlook changed completely after experiencing his selfless customer service. He let my husband and I try multiple vehicles, and helped me find one I absolutely loved. He made the trade-in process seamless, he helped us get a price we were comfortable with, and even stayed late to help us get all of our paperwork completed. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to. This was my first time buying a brand new car, but he took such great care of us by explaining everything in detail and answering each of my questions. All of the other team members at this establishment were extremely kind and knowledgeable as well. Micheal went above and beyond and we are so thankful for him and this car dealership! I would hands down recommend this dealership and our salesman, Micheal, to anyone!

I went in because tire monitor system was on for right side back tire. I get that fixed, leave and the left back tire monitor system comes on. I make it home, just to turn around and come back, which is a 25 minute drive. I get back to the dealership service department and speak with the lady that was their earlier and told her what was going on. She goes and get a young man from the back and he come out with a hand held machine to check the batteries that was in the tires. He comes back and tell me the battery in the left back tire is dead. We'll you could of checked all the tires the first time I came in, but no you didn't do that and I had to drive 25 minutes both ways for something that could of been fixed the first time. That's really unfair and unacceptable behavior on Southwest part. Doesn't make any sense at all for the way that people are treated for no reason.
