I can't thank South Arkansas Veterinary Hospital enough for taking such amazing care of Merle. My wife was incredibly worried, as we all were, but they helped put her mind at ease. They were so compassionate and understanding, and their expertise was evident in how they handled everything. We truly felt like they cared about our pet as much as we do. Thank you SO much!!!

We took 2 cats and 3 dogs at once and they were great. Even came out to the truck to give our shy dog her shots. Wonderful experience.

Been using here through 4 dogs an 23 years !! But the real vet that cared for dogs more than money unfortunately no longer there an would roll over in his grave if he knee how bad these people have done an how money is more to them than the animals that brought there !!! An all they can say is times changing an it cost them more ! But this is true everywhere else to ! And I'm SORRY to say but find somewhere else unless you want bunch lies to get more money an quick walk in door they trying sell you something an they not a single one there that care whether your pet is sick are hurt but they can tell oh it gona cost an no money no help an they do not mind sending you out door even in emergency ! Money money money an all the vets services are not done by vets but assistance an only time a license vet you see going in an out not a care for nothing ! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!

5 stars does not do justice to my experience at SAVH. I was traveling through town on my way back to Texas and stopped at a rest stop to let my dogs out when my senior dachshund terrier was bit by a copperhead! Extremely blessed that SAVH was nearby. My fiancé called and their secretary said to bring my little guy in and prepped the Docs and techs on the situation. I arrived right before their scheduled lunch break and was quickly checked in while my pup was attended to immediately. Everyone was extremely patient, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and even worked within my budget! I am eternally grateful to SAVH for literally saving my pup at a moments notice while providing a very positive experience during an extremely stressful time.

They used to have the friendliest staff who really cared about you and your pets. But as of recently they have been unbelievably rude. We had boarded our pup and was quoted around 50$ for the whole stay. While away an unexpected expense came up, instead of being understanding, taking a partial payment, or offering any solutions. They added an extra 20$ fee, talked down to us, and rudely announced to other customers that they would be keeping our dog and charging us more until we could pay our entire fee. The entire interaction was unprofessional and made me feel uneasy about returning for anything. Also our pup was very uneasy for days after returning in addition to having an upset stomach. I would no longer reccomend using thier services for anything.
