If we could give this place 10 stars I would! The absolute best service we’ve ever had at any place of business. My son’s truck was overheating on the way to Little Rock and they immediately looked at our vehicle and got us back on the road, even on a busy Friday. Bill & his wife are phenomenal people. What a blessing! Saved us passing through headed to the lake with a camper! Not only were our breaks fixed, my son and I were blessed by the great, uplifting conversation during the wait! There are a lot of good people still out here during these trying times! Automo”Bill” and Automo”Denise” are definitely two of them!

Ok y’all, we live 15 hrs from Ouachita. Needless to say, when our daughter had car trouble we were nowhere near able to help her. Bill and Denise were fantastic. We just got a handwritten thank you note and offer to help our daughter whenever needed, even if it’s after hours. What outstanding customer service! Highly recommend sending your kiddos there

Hands-down the most gracious and professional service we have encountered. Bill and his wife helped us in a pinch as we were driving cross country and had warning lights pop up. Despite having a full schedule, they squeezed us in, diagnosed and fixed the issue so we could be on our way. What a blessing!

If I could give this place 100 negative stars I would. My father, who is a Henderson State alumni, came back to the city for his homecoming. As soon as we found out the car was towed (we live in TX) we started calling the impound shop where it was being held because my dad could not get ahold of anybody there and he is older and had never had this happen before. Not only did they not answer the phone for four hours (we were told they were probably at church by other businesses) but they exhibited poor customer service and lacked empathy when we finally got ahold of someone. They knew my father was without a vehicle and told him that he would have to pay $450 by 1:00pm in CASH to get his vehicle back. Mind you, the vehicle was towed late the night before and we had been calling since 8am. They gave my father one hour to walk to different places to get cash out on a SUNDAY. Anybody who has ever had to get cash out understands there are max limits and this put an overwhelming amount of stress on my father. We felt helpless because there was little we could do for him from Texas. This is without a doubt an act of prejudice and greed. Please do not bring your cars here for repairs. Please give your money to businesses who are more deserving and are just flat out better people than AutomoBills.

We broke down on the side of hwy30 on Sunday 8/27, a wrecker towed us to your place of business Automo-Bill. Love the name! Monday Morning we called. Everyone was very friendly. And accommodating. Even picked us up with our luggage in tow from the hotel we stayed at. By around noon. And we were back on our way to Texas. Thanks so much. I broke down on 30 heading across the country to New Mexico. They cam immediately and rescued my dog and I off the dangerous interstate in 95°heat. They took excellent care of us at the shop and even let me bring my dog inside while they worked on my truck. They were very fast and efficient, the parts arrived with 20 mins of ordering . I am so grateful for their efforts and appreciate their hard work. Excellent people to deal with.

My friend and I were driving through Arkadelphia and had an issue with the AC in our car. We were in the middle of a cross country drive and driving with a dog in the 90+ degree heat. To say we were stressed is an understatement. We pulled into the shop and Bill was so helpful and took a look immediately. Within 5 minutes he had us back on the road and on our way to Memphis! We’ve been referring to him as our good luck charm all trip! Would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repair.

After an interstate highway brake emergency, I found myself only 3 miles from this wonderful place. I called them and they had the part on order before I even arrived. In just a couple of hours, I was back on the highway, job complete, and for less $$ than expected.Thanks for getting us back on the road safely!

Was coming through from OK headed to AL, Mr Bill stopped his day to come check out a driveline vibration, spent 30 mins diagnosing the issue, and advised it was a carrier bearing on the driveshaft, after determining the part wasn't available soon enough to get us home, he went out of his way to spend time under the truck to get it reliable enough to make it home. 10/10 would recommend Mr Bill to anyone, extremely honest and freindly.
