Great place however it does take a while to get repaired, at least mine did. Hole in the roof of my trailer was 3 hours but the friendly people made up for that.Truly really nice group of people. Thank you for repairing my trailer.The Mitten Transport

Wanted to thank all the guys here for their great work and service, especially the parts manager, shop foreman and the team of mechanics. They were able to swap in a complete tandem assembly for my trailer which was heavily damaged and get me back on the road. Honest, hardworking professionals here!

Recently brought our reefer trailer into Utility Tri-State Fort Smith, AR. My driver thought the oil looked thin during a pre-trip and wanted some piece of mind before loading. We were In and out in about one hour as the tech could not locate any issues. We received an invoice for $467.88. The details of the invoice were as follows: 1. Ran pre-trip and unit passed. 2. Watched unit for a while and checked cooling system data. 3. Unit runs and cools fine. 4. Assigned two technicians to the job. I spoke with Sean the service manager. Sean advises this work took about three hours. Upon disputing the invoice, Sean threatened to put a mechanics lien on our equipment. It is a shame how folks will try and take advantage of us O/O. I can not recommend this business. Feel free to reach out to me to see a copy of the shop invoice.

Got me in quickly. Diagnose the problem repaired it out the door in a few hours. Staff was courteous place is clean plenty of parking. Dale in Sales and Rental nice guy, very knowledgeable.

I bought a 2016 Utility Reefer from Ed Devero!! He and the staff at Utility Trailer has went above and beyond my high expectations in making sure that everything was tip top shape and that I was very very well satisfied!!! I highly recommend that anybody looking for a great trailer and an awesome deal along with awesome service go to TriState Utility Trailer in Mulberry Arkansas and ask for Ed Devero!!!!
