I had my car towed to Joe's without ever having had any experience with this business. They not only diagnosed the problem (my engine was blown), but they did not charge me for this diagnosis or for trying to find me another motor. And they let my car sit on their lot until I could figure out my next step. Extremely courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and they have earned my repeat business.
