Would never recommend them. Overpriced. Employees apparently don't know the laws and will just tell you anything to keep taking your $. Other storage in alma for much cheaper prices. Owner is rude.

I've moved a lot in my lifetime... and this is by far the BEST storage facility I have ever used. They are very polite and professional. Their buildings are very nice and in great condition, and they offer different size units for storage and even storage units with heating and air for temperature sensitive items. They have lots to park your RV'S and so much more. You'd have to check it out yourself to fully understand. But of all storage places I've used... I've felt this one was the most safe for my items to be in. They have cameras everywhere, you have to have a gate code to get in, and it is patrolled often by police to guarantee safety and security. 5 stars for sure. Check it out

They saw us moving stuff out and locked us in and came out and tried to tell us that we had a bill to pay even though it wasn't due until the 7th which we were cleaning it out to be done but they saw us and decided they needed to make us pay for this month and held me hostage until we got help to pay the stupid Bill we had already paid.

THE BEST storage place I've ever used in the past 35 years!! They've added climate controlled units recently; they are amazing units! Exceptional security. The most helpful and friendly staff. Cannot say enough good things about Crawford County Storage!!

Nasty evil women total lack of customer relations skill set. More suited for slaughter house floor. Not fit for dealing with humans. Hateful to the core. Delusional sense of power over people. Needs mental health professionals. Seek help a.s.a.p.

Whats not to like? Its inexpensive, nobody bugs you, get bill in email, pay quickly online and BOOM your done. Super clean, never any problems.

New, clean, security. If this isn't the biggest in the state, I think they're working towards being it! Wonderful, local owner. The owner is (usually) on site firing business hours and might stop by to see if he can help. Well maintained and lighted. From fish aquarium to slide-out RV storage. Highly recommend.
