We bought our Rv here and have loved it since, recently got a few parts from crabtree, price was great and everything I needed was in stock.

I can't say enough about the "over the top" service we received at Crabtree. Our fifth wheel trailer almost lost a wheel when the bearings burned up on a Sunday night. Crabtree was the only shop in the area that would help us. They jumped on it first thing the next day and had us back on the road that afternoon with new bearings on all 4 wheels and a tremendous amount of "piece of mind". Michael at the service desk was extremely helpful and treated us like family. Larry, the repair technician, possessed a wealth of knowledge and provided us with a comprehensive repair that was fairly priced. It's nice to know there are reputable businesses like Crabtree in the world today.

Second time we have been there for work first time had to take it back cuz it was still messed up on ac unit this time was our slide the guy helping us had no idea about a rv slide. And we had to go get our part from camping world ..so all we were being charge for was labor. Originally it was going to take 2wk with us get part. Less then thT price was 1500 now 1400 for labor only I'm done

Our camper had a bad brake drum which meant we were not moving until it got fixed. They have a complimentary place to set up your camper while parts are on order. This is a really big deal when you have dogs and are thousands of miles from home. I really wish all RV service centers have this feature. We are most happy with our service and with Crabtree RV.

We will not be back! Our camper was at the service department from Aug 2, 2022 - Jan 7, 2023. Lance (manager) and Tim (service manager) were not honest with us. Beware of bringing your service to Crabtree RV.

The parts man was extremely rude and did not want my business. I'm glad I never bought an RV from Crabtree. Did not feel welcome at all. Yall don't come here!
