I had the BEST service from Autoplex repairing my van window. Their staff communicated with me every step of the way, were flexible and QUICK with my parts ordering and scheduling and it ended up costing less than what they quoted me and a fraction of what the dealership wanted! I will be back for any further needs! I've never had a more pleasant automotive experience!

I highly recommend AutoPlex Collision Repair of Alma. My vehicle looks great! I was pleasantly surprised to see it detailed when I arrived for pickup. No overspray...No unmatched paint...No dirty floorboard...I can't tell an accident had happened! The employees are friendly, patient and helpful. They text me keeping me up to date of what process my vehicle was in. Nice cause I never had to call or wonder how my repair was going. Received an early morning call for pick up of my vehicle on the date I was told it would be completed. No fuss...No complaints from me. I'm smilin! Ty AutoPlex of Alma for a job well done!

We have always taken our vehicles to Autoplex. This company is top of the line. They do excellent work and have worked on all 3 of my Ford trucks over the last 10-12 years. I have a claim through State Farm. My vehicle has been there since mid May…. ? These guys have been amazing with communication. They have updated me multiple times, unlike State Farm lol
